FBC's Access ACS

You MUST have a valid email registered with FBC to obtain a log-in and password.
If not, please contact the church office at 727-576-5508 or fill out a Connect Card
during Sunday Morning Services and place in the offering plate.

GETTING STARTED
 
 
1. Please read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before registering with Access ACS.
 
2. Click the link above to go to our secure Access ACS website.
 
3. On the right-hand side of the screen, fill in ALL of the information (the suffix field is optional) and click the "Find Me" button.  (Note: Your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address must match our records or you will not be given an account.  If you do not have an email address on file with us or have changed email addresses, you will need to inform the church office before you will be able to create an account.)
 
4. You will receive an email at the address listed with us which contains your username and password for logging in to Access ACS.  When you have received the email, return to the directory by clicking the link above again.
 
5. For added security, the system will require you to change your password with the first successful login.
 
6. After logging in, go to the My Profile tab and click My Personal Preferences to update your settings.  You can show or hide your entire profile, or just the parts you wish.

How Secure is my Data?
 
The confidentiality of your data is our utmost priority.  You can still "opt out" of the online system by changing your personal preferences to not allow other users to view your information, or by notifying us at the church office.  Our software provider is ACS Technologies, the largest developer of church management software in the industry.  They have a secured website that we access which is housed in a secured data center and is subject to period security audits to ensure safety and privacy of your data. Our data is stored on the Access ACS server and is only available to church attenders. Each user's financial contributions are only viewable by that user.
 
 
What Can I Do in Access ACS?
 
You will have the ability to:
  • View or update your member profile
  • Securely view your personal financial contribution records
  • View the church calendar with dates/times/locations
  • Add family and/or individual pictures to your member profile
  • Print, view, or email members or your Community Group
  • Receive church newsletters and announcements through email
